I graduated from teacher training in Spring 2009, and I love teaching!

I have come to love Bikram yoga not only for the physical benefits, but also for the lessons applicable to the rest of life.

I love that we all come to class at different places in our practice and lives, but all with the same intention: with each posture to try the right way giving our best for that day.

I think in life that is what we can ask of ourselves wherever we are: set the intention to try our best for that time and then be aware of and grateful for our progression through the ebb and flow.
